Welcome to Haeeum Foundry.

When you choose to use this website, you are agreeing to follow the terms set out here, along with any laws or regulations that apply. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the site complies with the laws in your location.

1. Terms of service

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the subscriber") and Haeeum ("we", "us", "our"), a subsidiary of Ranoa Holdings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes

2. Disclaimer

Haeeum may refuse or cancel orders, restrict product access, or terminate a license if we identify suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, unlawful activity, or a breach of this Agreement.

These terms apply to all Haeeum products and digital resources. By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using them, you accept and agree to be bound by this License Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, functionality, and features made available through Haeeum remain the exclusive property of Haeeum. This includes all original materials and product assets. These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in Australia and internationally.

4. License Grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this Agreement, Haeeum grants you a non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable license to use the purchased products for personal or commercial projects.

This license permits use of the products in end products created for yourself or for clients. The license does not permit redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or making the products available to any third party in their original or modified form.

Ownership of the products is not transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Haeeum.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the products to any third party.
• Upload the products to any public repository, marketplace, or community platform.
• Use the products to create or distribute a competing design system, UI kit, template library, or similar commercial product.Share access credentials where access is restricted to a licensed user.
• Use Haeeum branding, trademarks, or assets in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission.

Any use outside the scope of this Agreement constitutes a breach and may result in termination of your license.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Haeeum products, all sales are final.

Once access has been granted or files have been made available for download, refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or incompatibility with your software environment.

Haeeum may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances.

7.Updates and Modifications

Your purchase includes access to product updates, improvements, and revisions released within twelve months from the date of purchase.

After this twelve month period, access to new updates will require renewal of your license. Renewal is optional and may be offered at a reduced fee, as determined by Haeeum at the time of renewal.

If you choose not to renew, you may continue using the last version of the product made available to you during your active license period, subject to this Agreement. However, you will not receive future updates, improvements, or newly released components.

Haeeum reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any product or feature at any time. Nothing in this Agreement guarantees ongoing development, feature expansion, or indefinite availability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haeeum and its operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the products or breach of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haeeum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the products.

Haeeum’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria Australia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

11. Changes to this Agreement

Haeeum may update or amend this Agreement from time to time.

The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase. Continued use of products or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
